The great pedagogical value of Byzantine music and chant for the edification of man and particularly of children cannot be overstressed. The Parents, the Committee Members and all the friends of the byzantine music and chant are called upon to support morally and financially the work of the School.

The management of the School has been taken up by the Prime Chanter Mr Vassilios Maroullas with Mr Demetris Skrekas as second in command who will be teaching the Typikon and Introduction to the Hymnology of our Church. Mr P. Stavrinides will be responsible for all the subsidiary schools outside Greater London. We extend our warm congratulations to the Management and the teachers and wish them health and a blessed new school year.

I wish all students health and stamina to attend the lessons enthusiastically, and to the teachers enlightenment and strengthening from our Lord Jesus Christ so that they will inspire love for the byzantine music and chant to the students. And I remain with warm wishes and blessings in the Lord and honour.
