Nepsis 2014

Metropolitan JosifRegistrations are now open for the Nepsis UK and Ireland Congress 2014, taking place in Cardiff between 27-29 June. Please register online by completing the form available at this link:

This year our main speaker will be His Eminence Metropolitan Joseph, of the Romanian Orthodox Metropolis of Western and Southern Europe.

On Friday, 27 June, we shall take a tour of the city of Cardiff. In the survey we sent out in February some of you showed interest in the local Saints. As a result, on Friday we shall have with us Archimandrite Deiniol from the Orthodox Mission in Wales, Blaenau Ffestiniog, who will be speaking about the Saints of Wales.

On Saturday, 28 June, we shall have conferences and workshops on several themes of spirituality, followed by Vespers. On Sunday, 29 June, we shall participate in the Episcopal Divine Liturgy for the feast of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul.

The registration for the Congress is open until 14 June 2014 for those requesting accommodation with families in the Cardiff area, and until 25 June 2014for those that do not require local accommodation. The Parish of All Saints in Cardiff will try to provide accommodation for the nights of 26/27, 27/28, 28/29 and 29/30 June. We will also endeavour to provide logistic help for arrivals, departures and transport within the Cardiff area between 2630 June 2014.

You can find more details about the Congress in the attached poster, which we kindly ask you to distribute widely, to anyone that may be interested. To get more information about the Congress, please contact us at nepsisUKIE@yahoo.com. We will get back to you with more information as we finalise all the details of the Congress.Nepsis Conference

Participation to the Nepsis Congress is open to anyone interested, regardless of nationality, country, age or religious affiliation. During the Congress we will use both Romanian and English and we shall endeavour to provide translation where necessary. Please mention any translation requirements on the registration form.

We look forward to see you at the end of June!
